How to measure your Ball Cap size and never get a bad fit again

Have you ever been curious about how to accurately fit or size a Baseball Hat? Choosing the right size for your hat is an easy thing and not something you should be nervous about. Read our 4 easy steps below and you will have learned everything you need to know about hat measuring! Never again worry about dropping your hard earned cash on a Fitted Cap that does not fit right on your head.

Step 1: To determine your Hat Size, measure your head with a tape measure or string ruler a half-inch or so above your eyebrows (where your hat should lay). If you don't have a tape measure, use a string or cord and measure it against a ruler yard stick.

Step 2: If you are unsure which size to choose, or you measure in between sizes, we suggest buying the larger size. It is a good idea to choose the larger size because a hat is liable to shrink a bit during normal every day use and as a result from routine washing. Purchasing a smaller sized hat may result in a much to tight cap once this normal shrinking happens.

Step 3: When buying a fitted cap, it is necessary to know your head size. If you are buying an Adjustable Cap, you do not need to measure your head.
